As Brisbane based photographers we know all the major conference venues around the city and Gold coast including Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, RACV Royal Pines Resort, Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre, Mercure Brisbane, Brisbane Powerhouse, Hilton, Queensland College of Art, Rydges Southbank, Royal Queensland Yacht Squadron and The University of Queensland.

We know the best angles in each venue and where to shoot from to capture the image with the most impact. We also often know the fastest routes and short cuts between breakout rooms so we don’t miss any of the action whilst the conference is being hosted.

We understand that organizing events and conferences can be challenging at times so we work with you every step of the way to help provide answers to any questions you may have and help remedy any issues that may occur during the event. It’s in everybody’s interest that your event or conference is a success!

We work as a flexible team so can accommodate schedule changes and fully understand the importance of a fast turnaround of images. Images are usually delivered via download within 48 hours.

With over 10 years experience photographing corporate events and conference, you can be assured of a high quality and professional service.

We’re also known as the MacGyver of the conference photography world since we carry spares of almost all our equipment and always have our handy tools, gaffer tape, lollies and Panadol ready for those unexpected events!

FAQs

We will photograph all relevant branding, logos and signage, wide shots of the venue with and without delegates, keynote speakers in action on stage (and off stage where possible), audience reactions and participation and we’ll also keep our eyes peeled for shots that may be useful to you for advertising or PR purposes, annual reports, staff newsletters etc.

We love to receive direction from our clients as it ensures you get exactly what you require so feel free to compile a photography brief or shot list before the day.

Absolutely! You’ll receive both the high resolution files which are suitable for print, as well as a set of smaller files which are perfect for online use and sharing quickly and easily.
None of the images are watermarked in any way.
We email you a link to download all the images or can also send them on disc or USB.

It’s more than likely that we will have worked at your chosen venue in Brisbane or the Gold Coast on a previous occasion so will know the best angles, short cuts between auditoriums and what the sandwiches are like! If by chance we haven’t been to your selected venue before, we’ll ensure that we visit before the event to ensure we are fully prepared on the day.

Our photographers are all professionals and dress appropriately for the event.

Yes we do. Often, large events are a great opportunity to take some new photos of key members of staff. We can do this with whatever background is at hand or we can organise a second photographer to take care of that side of things on the day.
The lunch break is often a good time to whisk the key people past our set up background, camera and lights for a new photo – 5 minutes per person is all that is needed.

We ask that you reply to this email acknowledging the agreed fee and any other details and we then block out the date(s) in our diary for you. Following the event we send you both the images and an invoice. Easy!
